How we can help:

PROTECT YOUR WISHES

Everyone needs a Will, but not everyone needs a complicated Will.

Our simple Wills keep things in order for those who are looking for things a bit more basic.

PROTECT YOUR FAMILY

Life has many twists and turns, marriages break up and people remarry.

It is of the utmost importance to ensure your legacy is passed onto those you choose not those who are automatically next in line.

PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY

Worried about the rising cost of care home fees?

We can help protect half your property from care costs so you have less worry, and more to give the children after you pass.

Partner Wills

PROTECT YOUR PARTNER

Unmarried Couples who are not in a civil partnership have no legal entitlement and therefore may be disinherited entirely if they do not have Wills in place.

Make sure your partners are protected and looked after for the future with one of our Partner Wills.

PROTECT YOUR DECISIONS

Control who makes decisions on your behalf.

In the future you could possibly find a need for someone to make decisions for you and act on your behalf, in relation to Property, Financial, Health or Welfare matters.

Looking for something else...

Are you looking to contest a Will?

Want someone to tackle the stress of Probate?

Look through our list of services.

We are a proactive company with traditional ethics at heart. For many years the legal industry has in general applied a "one Will fits all" approach. GP, Grainger & Co, however, write your Will to meet your needs and ensure your future wishes will be honoured.

News and Updates

Powers of Attorney Act 2023 will modernise and speed up LPA process

October 2023

"Currently, LPAs take 20 weeks (sometimes longer) to be registered...

The new legislation will enable an LPA to be completed entirely online. The digitisation of the process will make it easier to access for many people who want to make an LPA and, hopefully, improve processing times. The new system is also expected to ensure errors are dealt with more easily and quickly...

The option for paper applications and a combination of online and paper applications will remain in place, with an improved paper process being introduced for those wishing to use it."

Here at GP, Grainger & Co. we can help draft these documents for you. If you'd like to hear more please do not hesitate to contact us.
