A message from our Head of Legal:

We would first like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!
In response to the recent Government restrictions and guidelines, we would like to reassure everyone that we are still open as an essential need.
As before, we ask that all appointments are pre-booked with either a member of staff or made through our online booking system. This will allow us to keep a record of any appointments and clients visiting our offices.

We are currently offering video appointments where we can. However, home appointments are still available to those that cannot access a computer and/or would have difficulty otherwise.
​
As always we would like to thank our clients for supporting our family-run law firm through this continued difficult time and our staff for all their efforts throughout last year and into this new year.

Dear Clients,

As always, we hope you are keeping safe and you are finally getting back to some normality.
Our offices are still open and our reception is now back to normal working hours.
Due to the restrictions and guidelines of the government, we ask that all appointments are pre-booked with either a member of staff or made through our online booking system. This will allow us to keep a record of any appointments and clients visiting our offices.

Our company guidelines for COVID-19 are ensuring that our offices are cleaned/disinfected between each appointment. Further to this, our large meeting rooms are in accordance with the two metre distance between you and your advisor for the entire meeting.
​
Initial video appointments have been a huge success throughout this period and we have had great feedback from our clients. We would like to thank everyone for going on a learning curve with us and thank you for your feedback to our advisors. Because of this, we have decided to keep this feature on as a permanent part of our initial appointment methods.
​
We are still conducting home appointments, however, where available and/or preferred, video appointments will be conducted first, this is to help mitigate any risks to our staff and our clients.
​
Again we would like to thank our clients for supporting our family-run law firm through this difficult time and our staff for their efforts to keep things running.

Dear Clients,
We hope that you, your family, and loved ones are all safe and healthy during these unprecedented times. I'm sure you are just as sick of hearing about this as us, but we are pleased to see so many of you getting your affairs in order and letting us guide you through these difficult times.
After the government's advisory announcement we are now offering phone and video appointments with our advisors and, as we are essential workers, offering home appointments where necessary. We have also extended opening hours to Saturday until 2 pm to keep up with demand and help people that are still working. Please be aware that all home appointments will be handled with the utmost care for our client's and advisor's safety.
​
All correspondence will be personally handled by your assigned individual advisor to help address our client's needs as quickly as possible during this time.
This also means that all Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney will be sent through the post to limit human interaction. Guides on how to sign your Wills will be given and your advisor will call you to go through the document/s to answer all and any questions you have. If you would feel more comfortable having your advisor as a witness, we are more than happy to witness it after your phone appointment (again, this can be done without the need to come inside).
Finally, we would like to thank you for supporting a family-run law firm in these uncertain times. We work hard to provide a family-friendly atmosphere whilst also upholding an excellent support system and service to our clients.
I am proud of our team's efforts throughout this time in helping our clients have peace of mind in a time where it is needed most.
