How we can help:
PROTECT YOUR PARTNER
Unmarried Couples who are not in a civil partnership have no legal entitlement and therefore may be disinherited entirely if they do not have Wills in place.
Make sure your partners are protected and looked after for the future with one of our Partner Wills.
We are a proactive company with traditional ethics at heart. For many years the legal industry has in general applied a "one Will fits all" approach. Goldsborough-Pike & Co, however, write your Will to meet your needs and ensure your future wishes will be honoured.

Proposed probate fee increase says the Ministry of Justice
It was announced last month that the MoJ plans to increase the cost of probate from "£155 and £215 – for probate professionals and individuals respectively – to a flat fee of £273 for all applicants, regardless of the size of the estate."
This increase is said to be on the basis that they are running at a loss and the system currently places the burden on taxpayers. The proposal therefore looks to raise between £23m to £25m from next year.
However, due to the significant delays that are hindering the service, they have been heavily criticised for such a proposal.
Thankfully, here at Goldsborough-Pike & Co. we can help you manage the stress of Probate and allow you to focus on more important things at such a difficult time. If you'd like to hear more please do not hesitate to contact us.
