How we can help:
PROTECT YOUR PARTNER
Unmarried Couples who are not in a civil partnership have no legal entitlement and therefore may be disinherited entirely if they do not have Wills in place.
Make sure your partners are protected and looked after for the future with one of our Partner Wills.
We are a proactive company with traditional ethics at heart. For many years the legal industry has in general applied a "one Will fits all" approach. Goldsborough-Pike & Co, however, write your Will to meet your needs and ensure your future wishes will be honoured.

News and Updates
"Probate applications have halved during lockdown"
It seems the lockdown has seen a massive 50% drop in applications to the HM Courts and Tribunal Service despite the rise in deaths.
This could be down to solicitors in larger firms being unable to access their client's Wills during the lockdown and make applications on behalf of their clients.
Luckily, being a small firm has given Goldsborough-Pike & Co. the advantage of nothing changing during this time. Our clients have peace of mind that their documents are stored safely and are easy to access if needed.
We also work with probate professionals who are open and still working with our clients and their families during this difficult time.
